and SEN students. She is a fully trained STEM ambassador, and have run several events in schools, including hosting live interactive demonstrations of science experiments. Amy has worked as a private science and mathematics tutor, and is fully DBS checked.


Amy has given talks at educational events for educators and educational leaders such as WorldTeachIn and Athena Swann events. She has also won various accolades and awards for her educational work, including Young Adult Learner of the Year 2014. Amy is currently one of 175 Faces of Chemistry, with the Royal Society of Chemistry, that is working to change the face of chemistry education in the next 175 years.

​Amy is an undergraduate chemist, that's aims to progress to a masters and a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry.

She is passionate in all areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Amy has 10 GCSEs and 4 A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and independently taught Mathematics, with the grades AABA respectively.

Amy has a strong volunteering background working with children and young adults, and has accumulated over 250 hours of volunteering experience in schools, and other volunteering projects. She currently work as a part-time unqualified lecturer, teaching science and mathematics, to lower set children
